As I have already announced, Fall is my favorite time of year. I am so happy to live back in the land of apple picking. I really missed this Fall tradition when I lived in the South. A few weeks ago I got together with a friend and her cute nieces and nephew, and we all went apple picking.

Mango sorbet arrives at Scoop Adventures a little late, but better late than never. I LOVE this sorbet. So simple and the perfect way to enjoy mango. I have made Mango Ice Cream and although it is lovely, the cream overshadows the subtle, almost floral flavor of the mango. Sorbet is the way to go. I was lucky enough to have a few leftover mangoes in the fridge from another ice cream project, so I made this sorbet. I have been eating it every night! Enjoy!
Sometimes I really have to think hard and research my next ice cream and sorbet flavor, and other times I am hit with an obvious flavor choice. This time around, I was smacked in the face.
